Natasha is Chief Executive Officer of MIFSA, a role she feels very honoured to hold. Natasha has a Masters in Social Work and considerable experience working with people with mental illness, having worked both in the non government sector and as a Psychiatric Social Worker for the public Mental Health Service in SA.
As the CEO of MIFSA Natasha works alongside participants, staff, volunteers and the Board in implementing many new programs and driving innovative projects to ensure South Australians affected by mental illness have a range of options when seeking education, information, support and rehabilitation and recovery based programs in their local communities.

As one of three General Managers Programs at the Mental Illness Fellowship South Australia (MIFSA), Mattea is currently establishing Family Mental Health Support Services in the APY Lands in the north western desert region of South Australia. Mattea has been employed at MIFSA since 2007, and has also supported and overseen MIFSA's Activity Programs since that time. As part of the MIFSA Management Team, Mattea undertakes a broader strategic role in planning for the future of MIFSA and the people who access its services.
Mattea has qualifications in Social Work, and has spent many years working with young people in activity, school and community settings. Mattea was drawn to working within the mental health sector due to the opportunities it gives her to express deeply held values around dignity, participation and citizenship for all people within the community.

Mark has an extensive work history having held positions including Business Manager, General Manager and Director of Finance and Administration in a range of organisations. Mark brings comprehensive experience and knowledge in the not-for-profit sector having been directly responsible over the past few years for budgets of $45 million+.
Mark believes Finance Managers are more than just number crunchers who prepare the monthly and yearly reports. In fact, he believes they are key strategists who help both individuals and the organisation to improve their financial practices and systems. Mark has been a Member of the Institute of Public Accountants for over 25 years.
Mark believes in "building a good team around you" and "creating a positive work environment". Mark is keen to work in "a progressive, innovative and positive environment where I can maximise my skills in business management... I know that MIFSA is just that environment.".

With Social Work and Master of Business Administration (MBA) qualifications, seven years clinical experience as a Social Worker and eight years in the corporate fast growing tech business environment, Adam plays a key role in helping position MIFSA for long term success under the emerging NDIS environment.
Adam is passionate about MIFSA's long term sustainability, identifying new and innovative ways to fund the projects that participants want and need. Faced with the challenge of becoming more 'business like', Adam is focussed on MIFSA holding to its core values, centred on participants and their carers, sharing the journey to recovery.
His role encompasses business development, human resources, marketing, and driving business transformation in preparation for the NDIS.
